Instruction To Make Overnight Oats:

  1. Begin by tearing off one packet of all-in-one dried overnight oats and placing them into a jar.
  2. Add 100-300ml of milk to the jar, depending on how thick you like your oatmeal.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure that all of the ingredients are well-combined.
  4. Cover the jar with a lid and place it in the refrigerator overnight, for a minimum of 6 hours.
  5. In the morning, take the jar out of the fridge and give it a good stir.
  6. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious breakfast!
